ASDM Beverly Hills' Intensive Vitamin C Repair Serum is critical for your body and plays an important role in maintaining healthy, resilient skin. While young skin is full of vitamin C, ageing skin naturally loses this nutrient over time. Other factors like exposure to UV light, pollutants and cigarette smoke compound the decline of vitamin C, contributing to signs of aging. One of the most powerful functions of vitamin C is its role in the production of collagen, a protein that gives your skin its elasticity. As you age, collagen breaks down and wrinkles begin to form. Stabilising your skin’s levels of vitamin C can help to counteract wrinkle formation by increasing collagen production.

ASDM's Vitamin C Serum {15%} is infused with a host of antioxidants including Vitamin C {MAP}, Green Tea Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Pure Argan Oil, and Matrixyl 3000 that work together to increase collagen production, prevent against skin discolouration, destroy reactive oxidative agents and other free radicals, and reduce redness.

Want to turbo-charge your skin care regime? Then this little baby really is a must have for anyone who is serious about skin care.

how to use

Apply a small amount of ASDM Beverly Hills 15% Vitamin C Serum over face. Gently massage face with upward motions until serum has completely been absorbed by skin. Use twice daily, morning and night. In the event of irritation, discontinue use. Consult your dermatologist. Mild redness is expected while skin adapts to Vitamin C.

more about active ingredients:

VITAMIN C (MAP): is a water-soluble derivative of vitamin C that is rapidly gaining popularity in skin care. It's stand-out features are that it's nonirritating, and it's more stable than L-ascorbic acid. Research is also finding that it appears to be just as effective as ascorbic acid in the stimulation of collagen production. Overall, MAP(magnesuim ascorbyl phosphate) appears to be a better choice than vitamin C for people with sensitive skin and those wishing to avoid any concomitant exfoliating effects. (Most vitamin C formulas are highly acidic and therefore produce exfoliation)

HYALAURONIC ACID (Glycosaminoglycan) is highly praised for its ability to "reverse" or stop aging. Hyaluronic acid was nicknamed "key to the fountain of youth" because it is a substance that naturally occurs in humans and animals. As you age the level of hyaluronic acid present in your body gradually diminishes.
